Rulis Eléctrica, Lda. was founded in 1993 and is a German family business based in the north of Portugal, more precisely in Guimarães.
They acquired their 30 years of experience while sailing along the stormy Portuguese coast and crossing the Atlantic. This is where the decision was born to develop their own wind generator.
From the introduction of the Silent Power Blades in 2008 to 2018, the Wind Generator 400 with Hybrid has been steadily developed to the highest standard with the Wind Generator 400+ with Hybrid Boost MPPT charge controller.
The first step into the small wind power industry was the design of Silent Power Blades made of 100% carbon fibre, hand-laminated and UV-resistant. As success was not long in coming, the decision was made to design and manufacture their own wind generator suitable for the intended rotor blades.
By the end of 2010 until today, the commercialisation of their SILENTWIND wind generators has become a worldwide sales success. The challenge is to continuously develop their products and services to better serve their customers and partners.
