Reformhaus Müller

Reformhaus Müller

The Reformhaus Müller in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz is the address when it comes to wholesome, organic, high-quality and healthy food, food supplements, dietary food, personal hygiene, natural cosmetics and natural medicines. The main focus of the offer is on food, but books, drinking water soda pops, water filters, grain mills and salt lamps are also available. Another focus of the range is special products for people with various food intolerances, allergies or gluten intolerance. The first health food store in Germany was opened in 1900 by Karl August Heynen in Wuppertal-Barmen. His retail shop was called "Reformhaus Jungbrunnen" and became the model for subsequent health food stores. The name "Reformhaus" became the common name for this type of shop. In 1925, the existing health food shops joined together to form the "Association of German Health Food Stores" (Association of German Health Food Stores), but the reformist individuality still exists today.
