No mobile phone provider is as suitable for European travellers as blau.de. Within the EU and in Switzerland all incoming calls are free of charge. Even calling someone is not a cent more expensive than from Germany. Both on the fixed network and in all mobile networks, whether German or not, costs only 9 cents per minute in all of Europe and in Switzerland. SMS are even at 7 cents. One can hardly phone cheaper!
Currently, blau Mobilfunk GmbH employs a committed team of more than 100 employees in the areas of IT, product management, marketing, sales, finance and customer service. The success of their work is not only reflected in increasing customer numbers and high satisfaction rates (highest recommendation value among 18 tested network operators and mobile phone discounters), but also in numerous awards. In January 2014, as in previous years, the discount provider was the only mobile communications company to take first place in the customer satisfaction test conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ).
